Horses seem to create (or at least live in) an energetic "field" that humans seem to resonate with. Being around horse(s) changes the way a human feels, usually for the better. Being around horses always brings a certain calm to me that I can feel at the physical level. At least this is true for me.

You expressed it so beautifully.  The horsesâ?? natural ability to vibrate at the level of "Presence," sparks that innate ability in humans. When I connect with my horse in that "field" of being in the singular moment, I feel an incredible peacefulness and joy. The more I join in her natural place of timelessness, the more she reflects that back to me and it becomes an exchange of energy, a reciprocity â?? like the depth of her eyes I am swimming in harmony, a sense of calmness, an energetic balance. And when I step away from that connection, I can be assured it will not go unnoticed!  Such gifts we receive from our equine friends!

 I think Stark's is becoming a favorite.  They're famous as a steakhouse but have excellent options other than red meat.  The calamari, alone, is worth the visit.
